Multiple deck dryer of a gypsum board production lines that is designed as per production capacity, and consists of hot-air preparation system, burners, air circulation system and conveying system made from high durable carbon-bearings, sprockets, chains, high grade stainless-steel made rollers and air-channels should assure economy and long-life in operation and maintenance.

Cut-in desired length and dryed gypsum boards are needs to be prepared for shipment to customer by trimming the longitudinal sides in bundler and packed in stacking unit. Accuracy of the trimming depends on the quality of the produced boards as well as the fine adjustment of the bundler system and cutting saws used in the device.
